I joined the team working on this project as BIM lead at the start of the works. My role was to ensure the transformation and enrichment of the digital model throughout the execution phase and to produce, from that model, the architectural execution drawings required for the construction site. Since building certification was a particularly important issue for the project, the implementation of a BIM process proved essential and decisive in achieving that objective.

Because of my coordinating role in this area, I was in direct contact with every project stakeholder: engineering consultants, contractors, project assistants, and the client. Working on site most of the time, I also actively followed every stage of the works and was called on to respond to the concrete issues raised by the construction site.

I was therefore confronted with every constituent aspect of a project of this scale, combining rehabilitation and architectural creation with the level of rigor required by the program's high standing. I had the opportunity to follow this project throughout the execution phase, from strip-out to delivery, and to contribute with enthusiasm and commitment to bringing it into being as presented in the following pages.
